The noise disturbances sometimes drown out the relaxation. The check-in process took too long due to understaffing, not ideal for eager travelers!!! More attention to detail in room cleanliness would also go a long way!!!

I loved relaxing by the rooftop pool and enjoying the live music during breakfast, it really set the vibe! The spa was fantastic, especially the massage and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding. Just a minor hiccup with some noisy neighbors one night, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Breakfast blew me away with fresh options, especially the eggs and local delicacies. The pool area managed to impress, perfect for lounging. Staff were polite and attentive during my meals. I appreciated the free towel service, adding to that relaxing poolside experience. One downside was the loud air conditioning. it did become a bit bothersome. Also, I wasn't aware of the hefty deposit upfront, which caught me off guard. Still, the unique rock memorabilia throughout the hotel added charm.

great central space for exploring puerto banus

the staff were very friendly and my room had a lovely view of the pool and garden, which really enhanced my stay as I enjoyed relaxing after a day exploring all the nearby attractions like puerto banus and the centro comercial centro plaza, perfect for those who love leisurely city walks.

The breakfast spread had everything a foodie dreams of—fresh-cracked eggs and local delights! Plus, the poolside service was on point, making it a blissful hangout spot. Can't forget to mention the iconic rock memorabilia that gives the place an unforgettable vibe.

Family stay, mixed experience

The service was actually quite good, Anthony from the bar made amazing cocktails and was super friendly. Plus the hotel was kept clean and the atmosphere was nice to relax in.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The pool area was stunning with comfortable sunbeds, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed the rooftop bar's quality drinks. A highlight was the lovely seafood dinner at the beachside restaurant.
